Malachi 4:2
But for you who revere my name, the sun of righteousness will rise with healing in its wings. And you will go out and leap like calves released from the stall.
A Time of Release
We have come into a time of release in our spirits when we thrust ourselves with a spiritual leap into the heartbeat of God. It is a time spirit of inspired activity and no longer complacency and waiting. Let us be bold to step out of our comfort zones, moving out in the Spirit by faith, abandoning our natural fears, as we trust Holy Spirit to take us where we have never gone before. Let faith arise in your hearts. Be bold as lions, wise as serpents and harmless as doves. This is a day of position for the kingdom of God. A day to bring our hearts and lives in right alignment with who we are and where we are going.
Let the old fall to the ground, leave all behind and come and follow Him. His government is rising and being placed upon the shoulders of His true church. His bride is being adorned and made ready. The bridegroom is coming forth and His radiance even now beginning to shine upon those who believe and are operating out of His light and direction.
Throw your head and your arms back and leap with all of your soul into the heavenly realm of His grace and being. We are abandoning the old ways, paradigms and religious, human designed ways of doing things. Don’t fear being unconventional, for we are not coming into a place where we are concerned with pleasing men, but pleasing our God. God is giving new direction and new instruction. Let us press into Him with spiritual sensitivity to His leading and direction. Rise up out of your pew and put feet to your faith and hands to your love. Speak the words of life and the Father’s love into the humanity around you. Impact their lives with Father’s love that is beating through your heart.
No longer are we in a day of sedentary religion, but Father is activating His body into spiritual action and assignment. What He is doing through one may be way different than what He is doing through another, so get your assignment and direction from the Holy Spirit, then act upon it.
Indeed, He is releasing us from the stall and from the barn and we will be like those leaping calves released from the stall, because the Sun of righteousness will rise with healing in its wings. Not only shall we be healed, but we will carry His healing and salvation to the nations.
Behold, in this hour you are to become a wonder. We are breaking the bonds of earth as we leap into our heavenly vision and calling. Arise and leap and bound as a hart over the hills. He is putting His spiritual spring in your legs to bound over what were formerly difficult circumstances. He is energizing with spiritual vitality and stamina to leap in heavenly places and run in difficult terrain.
“Take joy My Church, for the Spirit of the Lord is coming upon you with abounding joy. Your delight and pleasure is no longer in the World, but in Me. Come unto Me all of you that wish to be activated and sent forth with power and authority.”

Philippians 4:10-20
I rejoice greatly in the Lord that at last you have renewed your concern for me. Indeed, you have been concerned, but you had no opportunity to show it. 11I am not saying this because I am in need, for I have learned to be content whatever the circumstances. 12I know what it is to be in need, and I know what it is to have plenty. I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation, whether well fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or in want. 13I can do everything through him who gives me strength.
14Yet it was good of you to share in my troubles. 15Moreover, as you Philippians know, in the early days of your acquaintance with the gospel, when I set out from Macedonia, not one church shared with me in the matter of giving and receiving, except you only; 16for even when I was in Thessalonica, you sent me aid again and again when I was in need. 17Not that I am looking for a gift, but I am looking for what may be credited to your account. 18I have received full payment and even more; I am amply supplied, now that I have received from Epaphroditus the gifts you sent. They are a fragrant offering, an acceptable sacrifice, pleasing to God. 19And my God will meet all your needs according to his glorious riches in Christ Jesus.
20To our God and Father be glory for ever and ever. Amen.
Prosperity
We, in this country, we have become a prosperity oriented people. In some cases we almost equate our outward wealth with our spirituality. Is that what we glean from this passage that Paul is sharing here?
We love to quote the word that he gives to the Philippians, “And my God will meet all your needs according to his glorious riches in Christ Jesus,” but what prompted that statement. It was because the Philippians were all about giving. They appear to be one of Paul’s primary supporters and as such he speaks this blessing over them. It was the giving that brought the blessing.
Now Paul is not a prosperity preacher in the since of worldly goods. The prosperity that he preaches is the riches of God’s grace and glory in Christ Jesus. He speaks to the rich things God has for us and that isn’t always gained through the riches of this world. The truth is when the soul is pampered in comfort, it often doesn’t grow much in substance. We read about Paul’s training in this principle in the first of this passage. The training we see God taking Paul through and what He wants to bring us through is that of “being content whatever the circumstances”. God’s life and purpose are not really found in the pampering of our flesh, but more in the crucifixion of it. We are actually dying to the outward man and what we perceive its needs and desires to be. Our Christianity isn’t about living out of the benefits and provisions of the outward man, it is about living out of Christ who gives us strength to endure all trials and find contentment whatever our circumstances.
I know this kind of flies in the face of the prosperity teaching many of us have sat under. Indeed God is a God of blessings and most of us can attest to the enormous blessing over our physical lives as well as our spiritual ones. The thing that we need to understand in this hour is that there are going to be tougher days ahead and it is important for us to know and realize that our life and spirituality does not rest on these outward things. There is now a depth and treasure of riches we need to search out in knowing Christ. He alone is the riches that never fail. He is still that God that will meet our need, but it may not conform to the Christian-American mindset that many of us have developed. What’s more, is that we are to learn a key principle, the key to having our needs met, is in our willingness to see and meet the needs in others. This blessing that Paul spoke over the Philippians was birthed out this key principle. Our natural inclination when things get tough is to fear and react by hoarding to ourselves. The spiritual principle is that we see and meet the needs in the body of Christ, as well as blessing those who are in the world.
If we want to really prosper in this hour, it is to be found in the depth and intimacy of your relationship with Christ. It is out of Him that you can do all things. As Paul says here in verse 13, “I can do everything through him who gives me strength.” It is only as we lose our supply that we begin to truly experience His supply. Let’s get a revelation of what true prosperity is. It is not in the things that you possess, but in the person that you possess.

Isaiah 53:3
He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were [our] faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not.
Rejected
Rejection is an attribute that many of us must bear as a privilege of the Cross and all that it represents. In John 15:18 Jesus tells us, “If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before [it hated] you.” We are quite likely to face this rejection if we haven’t already, in this road of Christ that we are traveling. Especially the closer that we walk with Him and the more that we become like Him. Rejection is one of the bitter herbs of the Passover Lamb that we must partake of as we eat of His flesh and drink of His blood.
When you are walking in the Spirit and doing the works of the Father don’t be discouraged when you are rejected. You are not the one that is being rejected, but it is the Holy Spirit that they resist and revile. We do not walk this road to be receiver the praise and accolades of men. We walk it to be well pleasing and obedient to our Father who has called us out of darkness to walk in His marvelous light. The deceitfulness of sin will always reject that light, because it exposes the darkness. John 3: 19-21 tells us plainly, “This is the verdict: Light has come into the world, but men loved darkness instead of light because their deeds were evil. 20Everyone who does evil hates the light, and will not come into the light for fear that his deeds will be exposed. 21But whoever lives by the truth comes into the light, so that it may be seen plainly that what he has done has been done through God.””
Do not fear rejection because it is part of the journey; rather let that rejection encourage you that you are walking in the light as He is in the light.
Some of us face rejection for other reasons than spiritual ones. You also need to be encouraged in the Lord. Sometimes our rejection comes through no real fault of our own and for others it may come as a result of our own actions or sins. Here is what the Lord says in Psalms 51:7, “The sacrifices of God [are] a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O God, thou wilt not despise.” It really matters not what man thinks of us. What is important is where we are at in our relationship with the Lord. He is the one that we don’t want to be rejected by. He tells us that if we will get our heart attitude right before Him in contrition, brokeness and repentance that He will not despise or reject us. It doesn’t matter what your sin has been, how perverse or horrendous, if you will come to Him with a broken and contrite heart in true repentance God’s love is great enough to forgive those sins and Christ’s blood is powerful enough to wash that sin away and cast it as far as the east is from the west.
Whatever area we may be facing rejection, know that it is the Lord we must be right with and that we must fear. Matthew 10:28 exhorts us, “And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.” Only God can do that.
Be not concerned with the rejection that is from men, but be right with the Lord in that place of rejection.
