This Day

Isaiah 60: 1-5
“Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the LORD rises upon you. 2 See, darkness covers the earth and thick darkness is over the peoples, but the LORD rises upon you and his glory appears over you. 3 Nations will come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your dawn. 4 “Lift up your eyes and look about you: All assemble and come to you; your sons come from afar, and your daughters are carried on the arm. 5 Then you will look and be radiant, your heart will throb and swell with joy; the wealth on the seas will be brought to you, to you the riches of the nations will come.”

This Day

This day are we seeing this scripture fulfilled in our midst. A tremendous stirring and emerging of the Spirit of God in the midst of His people is coming forth. We are only seeing the tip of the iceberg of what the Lord is preparing to bring forth. There is a trumpet sound of heaven going forth and there is anticipation and excitement arising in the heart of God’s called out people in this hour. The Lord is assembling His troops. He is training them, preparing them and setting them in rank. This scripture is exactly why, we His people, do not despair or fear, because when gross darkness covers the earth it is a sign that we are about to take flight into heavenly places as the glory of the Lord comes upon His people and all of the earth is drawn to her light.
As I am speaking with God’s people I am so encouraged and in awe of what the Father is working and doing in the hearts of so many. Right now, in this moment many of us are standing at the end of our resources. God has brought us to this place for a reason. It is so He can show Himself mighty in His people and that He is all of the resource that we need. He has brought to the place where we are hanging on by a thread, we have cried out to God for help and He is telling us what scares the life out of so many of us, “LET GO”. Most of us are reasoning with our natural minds, “If I let go I will fall to my death and be dashed in pieces by the rocks below. All will be lost.” Jesus is saying, “He who seeks to save His life will lose it, but He who loses His life for my sake shall find it (Mark 8:35).”
The paradigm God is bringing us into in this hour is that our lives are not about us any more as individuals. Our lives are about kingdom purpose, kingdom principles and kingdom living. Our wealth is no longer about individual gain, but will be seen in corporate distribution. Our lack has come because we have been individuals seeking our own prosperity while the Lord’s house lies in ruin. It is time for us to join our resources, our talents and our abilities to build and restore the house of God, which is the body of Christ. We are each other’s greatest assets. We can not be truly blessed and prosper until the body comes together in unity and oneness of purpose. It is every joint supplying the need as it arises and we are able. We are no longer a bunch of individuals that meet together once or twice a week, we are a family that loves and cares for one another on daily basis.
Why doesn’t the world see the love of Christ? Jesus says, “By this shall all [men] know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another. (John 13:35)” This is not a day of denominations and religious camps, it is day when we must start flowing in the love of God for one another. If you love Jesus and truly know Him as Lord, it is not important that all of your beliefs are exactly like mine. You are still flesh of my flesh and bone of my bone in Christ.
The glory of God will fall when the love of God arises in the hearts of His people and they learn not to be takers, but givers. We will learn to no longer live just for our benefit, but for the benefit of our brother and sister. As we operate in these principles we will see wealth begin to flow into the body of Christ as never before. It the simple kingdom principle, “Seek ye first the kingdom of God and all these things shall be added unto you. (Matthew 6:33)”
This day God is stirring our hearts with His love as we come out of our private, guarded houses where we have lived for our own agenda and seeking our own prosperity. We are coming together to build the house of the Lord and when we do, from this day forth we will be blessed.
This day hear the trumpet of the Lord calling us together and assembling us for the common purpose of building His house. When we build His house, He will fill it with His glory!

That He may Speak to You

August 21, 2015

2 Corinthians 3:18 (Amplified)
And all of us, as with unveiled face, [because we] continued to behold [in the Word of God] as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are constantly being transfigured into His very own image in ever increasing splendor and from one degree of glory to another; [for this comes] from the Lord [Who is] the Spirit.

That He may Speak to You

I feel like the Lord has an exercise for us to do today.
Go to the mirror. Look past the outward man that confronts you and into your spirit. Wait upon the Lord. Give yourself time to wait. Let the Holy Spirit speak to you there the things concerning you. Discern His Spirit, for He will not come to you in condemnation, but He may speak into you correction. Give yourself time to behold the man or woman of God that you are becoming. Again, don’t judge it by the outward or out of your opinions of yourself. Listen for the still small voice of His Holy Spirit to minister and speak to you there. He will speak to you the truth. Allow Him to reflect back to you who you truly are. You will know because it will line up with His Word.
If you feel led please write and share what you found in obeying this spiritual exercise.

The Radiance of His Glory

Matthew 25:31
When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory:

The glory of the Lord is an awesome thing. It is the outshining of God’s very presence, being and life. No mere mortal man can stand before it. Even the mighty men of God that experienced it, like Moses and Daniel were completely undone and prostrate before it.
When Jesus came and walked among us we were able to view the glory of God, but it was veiled in human flesh. When our Christ comes again there will be no concealing His glory. It will be fully manifested. A few of the disciples briefly beheld Him in the fullness of His glory on the mount of transfiguration.
2 Thessalonians 1: 5-12 reveals, “All this is evidence that God’s judgment is right, and as a result you will be counted worthy of the kingdom of God, for which you are suffering. 6God is just: He will pay back trouble to those who trouble you 7and give relief to you who are troubled, and to us as well. This will happen when the Lord Jesus is revealed from heaven in blazing fire with his powerful angels. 8He will punish those who do not know God and do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus. 9They will be punished with everlasting destruction and shut out from the presence of the Lord and from the majesty of his power 10on the day he comes to be glorified in his holy people and to be marveled at among all those who have believed. This includes you, because you believed our testimony to you.” When the presence of Christ is revealed in His glory, His glory will be made manifest in the earth. The fullness of the Head will come in union and fully be enthroned within His body. The glory that is resident in the Head will be manifested throughout His body as He comes to rule and judge the earth. Isaiah 60:1-5 prophesies, “”Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the LORD rises upon you. 5 Then you will look and be radiant, your heart will throb and swell with joy; the wealth on the seas will be brought to you, to you the riches of the nations will come.” The radiance of God’s glory will not only shine forth from the Son, but from those who are enthroned with Him. Revelations 20:4-6 says, “And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and [I saw] the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received [his] mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This [is] the first resurrection Blessed and holy [is] he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.” Thrones are the symbol of authority and power. This is the full expression of this King-Priest ministry that rules and reigns with Christ. They are fully as one. They express even one mind and one heart, that of the Father.
The Word of God teaches us that there are two resurrections. Those partaking in this first resurrection are those who will rule and reign with Christ. After the thousand years there will be a general resurrection in which all of the nations will be judged. We can glean that those who partake in this first resurrection are those that don’t partake in the mark of the beast and refuse to worship him. While we may not see this beast yet manifested the way that we might one day expect; his spirit still presides over the earth and the affairs of men. Our being caught up in the worldliness of this present time and our dependence upon the world can represent a partaking of that mark. This company of first resurrection saints are those who are willing to lay down their lives for their witness of Jesus. Their lives are not seated here; they are seated with Christ in God. They do not seek here any lasting city, but they are sojourners, foreigners, looking to a city whose builder and maker is God.
Where are our lives today? Is this earth our home? Is our glory found here? Are our hearts truly set upon the King of Glory and lived out in the hope of Him. There is no earthly comparison to the radiance of God’s glory. Let us not sell ourselves short of the great and glorious calling we have in Christ Jesus even if it cost us everything in this life and physical life itself.

Psalms 138
I will praise you, O Lord, with all my heart; before the “gods” I will sing your praise.
2I will bow down toward your holy temple and will praise your name
for your love and your faithfulness, for you have exalted above all things
your name and your word.
3When I called, you answered me; you made me bold and stouthearted.
4May all the kings of the earth praise you, O Lord, when they hear the words of your mouth.
5May they sing of the ways of the Lord, for the glory of the Lord is great.
6Though the Lord is on high, he looks upon the lowly, but the proud he knows from afar.
7Though I walk in the midst of trouble, you preserve my life;
you stretch out your hand against the anger of my foes, with your right hand you save me.
8The Lord will fulfill [his purpose] for me; your love, O Lord, endures forever—
do not abandon the works of your hands.

Do not Abandon the Works of Your Hands

Those who walk with the Father, in the Son and through the loving direction of His Spirit know, appreciate and worship how awesome He is.  Our testimonies are many as we look back over His faithfulness in our lives.  Before, all that are acknowledged as gods in this world, we exalt our God and sing His praise.  We have embraced and been embraced by our love affair with Jesus and in the intimacy of that relationship we have come to know Him personally.  As the scripture says, we have come to recognize that above and beyond all things stands the integrity, power and foundational truth of His Name and His Word.
God has put that awesome Word in our hands that we may live out of the power and the kingdom dimension of His holy truth.  That truth He is not only forming in our minds, but conforming in our beings.  We are becoming that truth, as we move by faith in that truth.
What is the name of God?  Did you know that the Father gave Jesus His name?  John 17:11 says, “I will remain in the world no longer, but they are still in the world, and I am coming to you. Holy Father, protect them by the power of your NAME—the NAME you gave me—so that they may be one as we are one.”  Jesus came both as the Word of God and the Name of God.  He was the incarnate physical manifestation of those in the earth.  Do we fully comprehend that when we have received Christ and embraced Him by faith, God’s Name and His Word have been imparted into us by the Holy Spirit?
God often takes us places in our lives where we begin to experience and lay hold of what is resident inside of us.  As such we see Father move on our behalf  in the midst our troubles as we humbly lean upon His Name and trust in His Word.  We live with the resources of heaven on our side.  We are coming to know Him as our resource in every need.  It is the trials and the testing that stirs us to begin to really draw upon the resources that Father has made available to us.
What we don’t sometimes see is that because He has invested Himself so much in us, we are His resource as well.  Even as Jesus carried the Father  in His earthen vessel to manifest His nature, character and love, so we carry Christ in us.   Jesus declares more than once in John 17 how we are  one with the Father and the Son.  We are part of the Holy Family.  We are God’s resource in the earth to communicate through every aspect of our being who He is.  As we look over the earth it is evident that maybe we, as the body of Christ, aren’t really grasping and living into who we are.  Religion has again become the replacement for what God looks like to the world.  Only we, who have a revelation of the Father and who He is in us can truly manifest Him to the world.
Our cry in this hour is, “Father, do not abandon the works of your hands.”  Bring forth in your true people the image and likeness of who you are.  Allow the world to see you for who and what you truly are.  May God’s Name and His Word be what is operating through us and providing the resources that we need to bring the kingdom of God to earth and to see His will done in the earth as it is in heaven.  We are the resources of God’s kingdom building.  We are what make up His holy mountain and the temple of His glory that will be exalted above every other mountain and kingdom. He has chosen us to be the light and the outshining of His glory in the earth.
“Father, do not abandon the works of you hands, but bring us into the fullness of what you created us for.”
